You’ve seen the term ‘as-is’ on listings… but what does it actually mean?

It means the seller won’t make any repairs. What you see is what you get.

BUT—buyers can still do inspections, negotiate price, or walk away if needed.

💡 “As-is” doesn’t mean “no protection.” It just means the seller’s drawing the line early.
